Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains what personal information Arca Print Studio LLC, trading as
Arca Print Studio, collects when you use this website, why we collect it, who we share it with, how long
we keep it, and what you can ask us to do with it. It applies to our website, the online shop, the
Design Studio and our quote and contact forms.
1.1 Who is responsible for your information
The business responsible for the personal information described here is Arca Print Studio LLC.
You can reach us at [email protected] or +1 737 428 4330 during Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM CST.
1.2 Information we collect
We collect information in four ways: what you type into our forms, what is created when you order or
register, what our payment provider tells us, and what our servers record automatically.
a) Quotes, contact requests and the booking form
When you send us a request through the contact or quote form, we collect:
- Your name.
- Your email address.
- Your phone number, if you provide it (optional field).
- Details of your project: product type, estimated quantity, sizes, print placement, preferred date,
status of your artwork (ready, needs help, or saved Design Studio draft) and your message.
b) Customer accounts
Creating an account is optional; you can check out as a guest. If you register, we store:
- Your name, email address and phone number.
- A password, stored only as a one-way hash. We never see or store your password in readable form.
- Your saved address or addresses (address book entries include a label, a contact name, a phone number
and the address text), and which one you marked as default.
- Your order history and account activity, such as your last login.
- Security data: the number of failed login attempts on the account and, after repeated failures, a
temporary lock expiry time.
c) Orders and checkout
When you place an order, we store the information needed to process, produce and ship it:
- Name, email address and phone number.
- Shipping address (a free-text field) and any order notes you add.
- The items ordered, with product name, SKU, size, color, quantity, unit price and line total.
- Subtotal, shipping charge, total, currency, order status and payment status.
- The payment method, plus the PayPal order and capture identifiers returned by PayPal.
- The IP address recorded with the order request.
d) Payments
Payments are processed by PayPal. Your card number, bank details and PayPal login are entered on PayPal's
own pages and are not sent to us and not stored on our servers. We only receive and keep the
transaction result: confirmation that the payment was captured, the transaction identifiers, the amount
and currency, and the payer details PayPal passes back to us (typically a name and email address).
e) Design Studio artwork
If you use the Design Studio, the images you upload and the design you position on the garment are
stored on our server as preview and print-ready files, together with the design settings, the views you
used (front, back, sleeves) and, if you save the design, the name and email address you enter. Please do
not upload images of other people, identity documents or any content you would not want stored on our
server. Saved designs are not automatically attached to an order; if you order a personalized item,
contact us and quote your design reference so we can match it.
f) Technical and usage data
Our web server records standard technical data for security and troubleshooting, such as IP address,
browser and device type, the pages requested and the time of the request. If you accept analytics cookies,
Google Analytics collects usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location and how you reached the
site. See section 5 for cookies.
1.3 How we use your information
We use your information to:
- Answer your quote, contact and booking requests, and follow up on them.
- Create and manage your account, and let you sign in and reuse your saved details.
- Process, produce, pack, ship and invoice your order, and handle returns and refunds.
- Contact you about an order: confirming details, asking about artwork, or reporting a delay or a problem.
- Keep business records, including accounting and tax records where the law requires them.
- Protect the site and our accounts against fraud, spam, abuse, brute-force login attempts and other
security incidents.
- Understand how the site is used so we can improve it, where you have consented to analytics cookies.
- Send you marketing or advertising messages, where you have consented or where the law allows it. You
can opt out at any time, and we do not sell your personal information.
We do not use your artwork or order photos in our portfolio, social media or advertising unless you give
us permission. If we would like to feature your work, we will ask you first.
1.4 Legal bases
Depending on where you live, we rely on the following grounds to process your information: your consent
(optional cookies, marketing messages and any optional use of your artwork); performance of a contract
(preparing a quote you asked for, processing and delivering your order); our legitimate interests
(answering enquiries, running and securing the site, preventing fraud, keeping basic business records);
and compliance with legal obligations (tax, accounting and consumer law).
Where you have given consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect what we
did before you withdrew it.
1.5 Who we share information with
We share personal information only with the service providers that help us run the store, and only as far
as needed:
- PayPal — payment processing, fraud checks and refunds. PayPal acts as an independent controller of
the payment data it collects; its own privacy policy applies to that data.
- Our web hosting provider — the server that stores and serves this website, its database and the
uploaded files.
- Google Analytics — website usage measurement, loaded only if you accept the Analytics category in
the cookie banner.
- Meta (Facebook) Pixel — advertising measurement, loaded only if you accept the Marketing category
in the cookie banner.
- Google Fonts — the site loads the Poppins web font from Google's servers; Google receives your IP
address and browser details when the font is requested.
- Shipping carriers and print suppliers — the name, address and phone number needed to deliver your
order, and the artwork needed to produce it, where production is outsourced.
- Professional advisers and authorities — accountants, auditors, insurers, lawyers, or a public
authority, where we are legally required to share information or where it is necessary to establish,
exercise or defend a legal claim.
- A buyer or successor — if the business is sold or transferred, customer records may transfer as
part of that transaction, under the same protections described in this policy.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.
1.6 How long we keep information
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes described above:
- Quote and contact requests: while we handle your request and for a reasonable follow-up period
afterwards, after which they are deleted or archived.
- Account data: while your account is open. If you ask us to close it, we delete or anonymize the account
details, keeping only what we must keep for orders, accounting and legal reasons.
- Order records: for the period required for accounting, tax and warranty purposes, and to handle
disputes, after which they are deleted.
- Artwork and saved designs: until the order is complete and any reprint or quality window has passed, or
until you ask us to delete them.
- Failed login attempts and lock records: a short period, long enough to protect the account from repeated
attempts.
- Server logs: a short operational period, then rotated or deleted.
- Cookie and consent choices: stored in your own browser until you clear them or change your choice
(see section 5).
If you would like a specific retention period confirmed for your situation, ask us at [email protected].
1.7 Cookies and similar technologies
We use a small number of cookies and browser storage entries. Strictly necessary ones keep the site
working and are always active. Analytics and marketing cookies are optional, are off until you choose
them, and can be changed at any time. Full details, including the categories and typical durations, are in
section 5 (Cookie Policy). You can withdraw or change your choice whenever you like through the
"Cookie Settings" link in the footer of every page, or the round settings button at the bottom left.
1.8 Your rights
Subject to your local law, you can ask us to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you, and receive a copy.
- Correct information that is wrong or incomplete.
- Delete information we no longer need, or that you did not authorize us to have.
- Port information you gave us, in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format, or have it
sent to another provider where this is technically possible.
- Restrict or object to certain processing, including processing based on our legitimate interests, and
object at any time to the use of your data for direct marketing.
- Withdraw consent you previously gave, such as optional cookies or marketing messages.
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, these rights come from the
General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and its local equivalents. If you are a California resident, the
California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) gives you comparable rights, including the right to know what
is collected, the right to delete, the right to correct, the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of
personal information (we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined), and the
right not to be discriminated against for exercising your rights. Other regions have their own rules, and
we will honour requests we are required to honour.
To exercise a right, email [email protected]. We may need to confirm your identity before we act, and we
will respond within the time your local law allows. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can
complain to your local data protection authority. We would appreciate the chance to resolve it with you
first.
1.9 Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information: encrypted
connections (HTTPS) where your server and certificate are configured for it, hashed passwords, protection
against cross-site request forgery on our forms, temporary lockouts after repeated failed logins, access
control in the administration area, and regular backups. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly
secure, so we cannot promise absolute security. If we become aware of a breach that affects your personal
information, we will notify you and any relevant authority as required by law.
Please use a unique password for your account, keep it confidential, and tell us promptly at
[email protected] if you think someone else has accessed your account.
1.10 Children
This store is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under
the age required to consent to online services in their location. If you believe a child has given us
personal information, contact us and we will delete it. If you place an order for school, team or club
apparel that involves children's names, sizes or images, you confirm that you are authorized to provide
that information.
1.11 Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our services, our suppliers or the law change. The updated version takes
effect when it is published on this page, and the effective date will be shown at the bottom of the page.
If a change is significant, we will take reasonable steps to tell account holders, for example through the
announcement bar or by email. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the updated
policy.
1.12 How to contact us
Questions, requests and complaints about privacy go to:
Arca Print Studio LLC
Email: [email protected]
Phone: +1 737 428 4330
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM CST
You can also use the contact form on the Contact page.

Cookie Policy
This Cookie Policy explains what cookies and similar technologies this website uses, why, how long they
last, and how you can change your choices. It should be read together with section 1.7 and the Privacy
Policy.
5.1 What cookies and similar technologies are
Cookies are small text files a website asks your browser to store. They are used to keep a session
running, remember a preference, or measure how a site is used. This site also uses browser localStorage,
which works like a cookie but stays entirely in your browser and is not sent with every request. Blocking
all cookies will stop parts of the site, including checkout, from working.
5.2 Categories used on this site
The cookie banner offers three categories. Strictly necessary cookies are always on; the other two are off
until you turn them on, and each category can be accepted or refused independently.
| Category | What it does | Examples | Typical duration | When it is set |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Strictly necessary | Keeps the site secure and functional: your session, the checkout form, the logged-in customer or admin area, protection against forged form submissions, and login attempt throttling | PHPSESSID (server session cookie) | Session, until you close the browser | Always. Required for the site and the shop to work, so it is not subject to consent under cookie rules |
| Preferences (browser storage, strictly necessary) | Remembers your light or dark theme, your cookie choice, and the contents of your shopping cart, so the site behaves consistently between pages and visits | cms_theme, cms_cookie_consent, arca_cart_v1 (localStorage, not cookies) | Until you clear your browser data or change the setting | Always. Stored locally in your browser; the cart contents are read by the site and sent to our server when you check out |
| Analytics (optional) | Measures how visitors use the site: pages viewed, traffic sources and approximate location, so we can improve content and the shop. We configure it with IP anonymization enabled | Google Analytics cookies such as _ga and _ga_XXXXXXX (the ID of the measurement stream), plus related Google cookies | Up to about two years for _ga and _ga_XXXXXXX | Only after you accept "Analytics". Nothing is loaded and no analytics cookie is set before that |
| Marketing (optional) | Measures and improves our advertising, and builds audiences for ads on Meta platforms | Meta Pixel cookies such as _fbp, and requests to connect.facebook.net | About 90 days for _fbp | Only after you accept "Marketing". Nothing is loaded and no marketing cookie is set before that |
| Third-party, payment | Set on PayPal's pages during checkout, needed to process the payment, prevent fraud and manage refunds | PayPal cookies on paypal.com | Set by PayPal; see PayPal's own cookie and privacy notices | When you open or use the PayPal checkout, at your request. We do not control these cookies |
5.3 Other third-party requests
Even with optional cookies refused, some pages request resources from third-party servers that receive
your IP address and browser details. The site loads the Poppins web font from Google Fonts, and the
checkout page loads the PayPal SDK when you are ready to pay. These requests do not set advertising
cookies on our site, but the third-party provider's own policies apply to the data it sees.
5.4 How to change or withdraw your cookie choices
- Use the Cookie Settings link in the footer of every page, or the round settings button at the bottom
left of the screen. The banner reopens with your current choices.
- In the banner you can choose Accept all, Necessary only, or Customize to set each category
individually, then save.
- Turning a category off prevents those tags from loading on your next page view. To remove already-set
cookies, clear cookies and site data for this site in your browser settings.
- Your choice is stored in your own browser. Clearing site data, using a different browser or device, or
using private browsing means you will be asked again.
5.5 Browser controls
You can also manage cookies in your browser settings, where you can block third-party cookies, delete
existing cookies, or set the browser to ask before storing cookies. Blocking strictly necessary cookies
will break checkout and sign-in. The help pages of your browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) explain
how to do this. To limit analytics and advertising cookies that other sites also use, you can use the
opt-out tools those providers publish, such as the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on and Meta's ad
preferences.

Cookie Policy
This Cookie Policy explains what cookies and similar technologies this website uses, why, how long they
